Điều kiện học liên thông Cao đẳng Điều dưỡng Hà Nội năm 2017

Để có thể học liên thông từ Trung cấp lên Cao đẳng Điều dưỡng, các thí sinh cần phải trải qua kỳ thi liên thông Cao đẳng Điều dưỡng với 3 môn: Môn cơ sở, môn cơ sở ngành và môn chuyên ngành. Các thí sinh đã có bằng Trung cấp nhóm ngành sức khỏe đều có thể tham dự kỳ thi liên thông Cao đẳng Điều dưỡng trong năm 2017. Để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho học viên liên thông có thể vừa học vừa làm, Nhà trường có các khung thời gian đào tạo linh hoạt như sau: Thời gian học vào buổi tối các ngày trong tuần từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6; Thời gian học cả ngày cuối tuần Thứ 7 và Chủ nhật. Sau khi kết thúc quá trình học thí sinh sẽ được cấp bằng Cao đẳng hệ chính quy, có thể tiếp tục liên thông lên Đại học hoặc có thể bắt tay ngay vào công việc của một Điều dưỡng viên.

Những Dược sĩ muốn cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề Dược cần chuẩn bị mẫu hồ sơ như sau:

Đơn đề nghị cấp Chứng chỉ hành nghề dược theo mẫu do Bộ Y tế quy định (Mẫu số 1a/ĐĐN-CC, thông tư 10/2013/TT-BYT ngày 29/3/2013); điểm chuẩn cao đẳng dược hà nội
Bảo sao có chứng thực văn bằng chuyên môn;
Giấy xác nhận về thời gian thực hành ở cơ sở Dược hợp pháp do người đứng đầu cơ sở đó cấp theo mẫu do Bộ Y tế quy định (Mẫu số 3/GXN, thông tư 10/2013/TT-BYT ngày 29/3/2013);
Bản sao có chứng thực (hoặc bản sao xuất trình kèm bản chính để đối chiếu) Chứng minh thư nhân dân;
Giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện sức khoẻ do cơ quan y tế có thẩm quyền (Bệnh viện đa khoa từ tuyến huyện trở lên) cấp trong thời hạn 12 tháng;
02 ảnh chân dung kích thước 4 cm x 6 cm.

Se San River
Se San River is located through Ratanakiri and Stung Treng province with than 200 km west the river joins the mighty Mekong Delta.  Most of these villages are only accessible by the river. Kayaks therefore are a sublime way of transportation.

You can see tribal farming areas and bamboo forests then reaching primary jungle and a hill with a beautiful view over the jungle canopy and the Se San and mountains in the distance. You also trek a short jungle, watch the impressive waterfall and visit hill tribes.

Things to Know about Sapa Before you Go

Sapa is a lovely hill station town in Northern Vietnam near the Chinese border. The region as also known as “the Tonkinese Alps” and it’s culturally rich with different hill tribe minorities, lush mountain ranges, rice fields and an overall, breathtaking views! Once there, you’ll easily understand what the hype is all about. Shops selling tobacco, trekking clothes and souvenir crafts from the hill tribes will help you burn your dong, but nothing beats a good massage! Getting to Sapa There’s two ways to get to Sapa- by over night train or bus. The train from Hanoi to Lao Cai station takes around 9 hours. After arriving into Lao Cai station, you’ll need to hire a shuttle bus or taxi to Sapa town. There are sleeper buses that you can book through your hotel from Hanoi to Sapa station. (more information on wikipedia ) 2. Roads to Sapa are winding, minibus drivers can be reckless It takes about one hour to get from Lao Cai to Sapa and the roads wind.  3. A room for one can be spacious
 So the thing people say about being a solo traveler and having to deal with single supplement fees?.. I finally had to deal with it. All of $3 more. On D Phan Si/Fansipan Road, I was put in the Cat Cat Hotel. My room had a shared outdoor deck, an awesome view and I had three beds all to myself. At night, it was especially romantic with the misty mountains outlined against the night skies and… stars! Check out hotels in Sapa.
 4. Time of travel
Sapawelcomes a lot of tourist every year. The most appropriate time to get to Sapa is from September to November or from March to May because when the weather is favorable, natural scenery is more beautiful as well. In the summer, visitors can avoid the heat in the city with a trip to Sapa. Time of travel If you go to Sapa in this period, you will have good chance to admire the terraced fields with brightly colored yellow. In the winter, the weather (From November to Feb), the weather will be very cold. Visitors also have the opportunity to look at the white snow. If you visit Sapa in Summer of Vietnam or in week-end, there are a lot of Vietnamese to go there. The services in Sapa can be fully booked and the price will be more expensive than week-day or other months.
 5. Variety of Food
Sapa has a good selection of international restaurants, cafes and street food to choose from. P Cau May road houses many international food joints, while the street perpendicular and aligning with Sapa Square strings a walkway of Vietnamese street food, where you can sit in the open on plastic chairs on the sidewalk to eat. The food in Sapa bats eye-to-eye with Hanoi. So far, it’s the best food I’ve had my entire trip! The food was fresh, made with care and well-flavored. Below is my lunch at a cafe.  6. Shopping in Sapa
You can make shopping in Sapa town market. There are a lot of kind products there. You also make shopping at Sapa Square: apa town’s Main Square: A 5 minute walk to the Main Square, you’ll find hill tribe vendors with crafts ranging from bags, wallets and pillow covers. In Sapa town or in ethnic minority villages, you can see Black Hmong elders in their traditional clothes, The elder woman in the middle shows me the hemp string they use to stitch their crafts with Tip: If you buy these products, you must: 1) keep them separate from your clothes and 2) set the dye before you wear/use any of them (usually several washes with vinegar and salt should help, but it will take time for the dye to seal itself in the fabric)
